Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Camden Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience. We are looking for a Window Cleaner this role will be: N1C 4AG The right candidate will: To provide a flexible, responsive, high quality window cleaning service to estates including: cleaning and maintaining estates to a high standard and ensuring the wellbeing and needs of the residents on estates are met within the Council’s policies and procedures. To maintain a prompt, courteous and helpful response when dealing with, or initiating contact with, service users, their representatives or outside agencies. You may be required to maintain an accurate and up to date record of works carried out, therefore a basic level of literacy and numeracy is required. Ensure the window cleaning vehicle/equipment is maintained and in good order You will be expected to work outside in all weather conditions Working hours are Monday Friday 8am 4pm. We require the following: Experience of window cleaning in a commercial environment i.e. as a job. Experience of using a water fed pole system. The post holder is required to have a full clean UK driving licence and the ability to drive a ford transit type vehicle.
