Website Executive (Consumer/ retail brand) Hybrid role – 4 days a week in the office Up to £30k + benefits We are partnered with a leading retail name as they embark on a new business venture. They are building a brand new customer experience and digital team and this is your chance to be right at the start of that journey. You will be the Website Executive for the company. Working alongside the Website Manager you will look after The site performance by ensuring that all products, offers, and content is uploaded accurately and on time ensuring the customer can find all the formation they require to support the journey. First phase is the website build and then the effective design for customer lead content. Website Executive – Key responsibilities: You’ll create products on the site including product description and images. Collaborate with the Website Manager and buying teams to plan seasonal range launches. Manage photography requirements for images to support range launches. Manage price changes across the site as required by the buying team. Ensure promotional activity is reflected on the site and delivers to the business needs. Build category pages to support trends, range launches, brands, and key events. Generally, work with the Website Manager to drive performance across key KPIs. Manage the Product recommendation tool for site. Merchandise product list pages in line with performance and current business focus.About Your Experience: Experience working in a digital team, ideally in site merchandising using a CMS. Strong attention to detail and able to proofread copy. Customer Obsessed, always wanting to understand what the customer wants and needs. The ability to think analytically and tactically. Someone who thrives working in an agile, ever evolving environment. You will be a fantastic communicator and an internal influencer when it comes to solutions. You will be a strong multitasker who can manage a work load in an agile way. You will be customer focussed and continually looking to self-develop!
