We have an exciting opportunity to join an established and growing organisation in the Basildon area.

Role Duties:

• Ensure all daily customer orders are picked and dispatched on time
• Ensure pick accuracy levels and packing standards are met/exceeded
• Oversee and ensure all daily Bulk storage & Pick face replenishments are carried out
• Offer cover for other DC Team Leaders/Managers for holidays, absence, meetings.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly Health & Safety checks
• Regular recorded dialogue with your team, 1:1s. Appraisals & PDP

Essential Skills:

• Analytical thought process and logical approach to problem solving
• A can-do attitude and someone who welcomes stretching goals/challenges
• Able to adapt, learn quickly and implement viable strategies
• Good Standard of MS products including Excel
• Experience of working in a changing warehouse and office environment
• Proven Communication, leadership and staff management skills
• Site based, Shifts 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm (rotational shifts each week)
