We are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Milton Keynes.

We re looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operations team.

In this role, you will take responsibility for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring all daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance targets
• Conduct shift handovers and maintain clear communication across departments
• Assist with training new staff and support ongoing team development
• Manage inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities
• Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth warehouse operations

About You:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures
• Confident using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic IT programs
• Positive attitude with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Hours of work:

• 07:00 – 15:30 (including 30 min unpaid break) – Includes a Saturday
• 12:30 – 21:00 (including 30 min unpaid break)
