You would have had experience working in a supply chain and production solutions business.Benefits:Salary up to £28,253Pension an death in service prosions for employees in pension scheme2 Days holidays (plus BHs)Employee assistance programmeHealth and well being initiatives Offers and discountsRoles and Responsibilities:Provide leadership on the warehouse floor and embody the dynamic culture of operationsTrack individual and collective performance across the process areas and drive the team to success – investigating and escalating any non-conformances as required.To manage, motivate and lead a team of warehouse operativesSupport management of document complianceExpertise in all areas of operational delivery is expected along with the ability to cover any task within the warehouse at any timeDrive operational service delivery and ensure that core KPIs and SLAs are met and customer demands fulfilledTo identify future potential within the operative population and offer coaching / guidance to the Warehouse operativesTo identify personal development opportunities and inform the Team Leader of these opportunities to support personal growthTo support the management of document compliance including the staff signature and understanding of briefs, policies, risk assessments and safe systems of work. To ensure all relevant documentation is updated in a timely manner as instructed by the Logistics Management teamQualifications & EducationGCSE QualificationsEssential:

• IT literate including MS Office, Google Products, SAP, CORMAP.
• SHIELD level 3.
• MHE licence.

Desirable

• NVQ level 3 in Warehousing or similar.
• Six Sigma yellow-belt.
• Level 4 Unipart Way Gate to Great Journey Tools Competency.
