Our client is a leading FMCG Distributor who are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to manage the midshift at their site in Battersea, SW London, on a Tuesday – Saturday basis (1200hrs – 2100hrs), 40 hours a week.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:

Managing and developing the busy operations teams across the shift in the multi-temp Warehouse.You will be capable of leading, coaching and developing your team to manage a number of KPI’s, including service levels, stock, inventory, productivity and credits as well as people factors such as training and attendance all within the department budget and target.Manage Health and Safety on siteEnsure all training and development needs are met

Warehouse Manager Candidate:

From a FMCG background with excellent People Management skills; able to engage, motivate and achieve resultsExcellent Communicator with previous Warehouse Management experienceHaving the ability to clearly identify and prioritise workloads is essential ensuring that all tasks are completed safety and to standard within the required timescales
