Warehouse Manager

Our client is a leading FMCG Distributor who are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to manage the day shift at their site in Staffordshire, on a Monday – Friday basis.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing the busy operations teams across the night shift in the multi-temp Warehouse.
• You will be capable of leading, coaching and developing your team (c50FTEs) to manage a number of KPI’s.
• Manage Health and Safety on site
• Ensure all training and development needs are met

Warehouse Manager Candidate:

• From a FMCG background with excellent People Management skills; able to engage, motivate and achieve results
• Excellent Communicator with previous Warehouse Management experience
• Having the ability to clearly identify and prioritise workloads is essential ensuring that all tasks are completed safety and to standard within the required timescales
