We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join our prestigious client’s workshop. Here you can showcase your expertise and work with high- end vehicles in the automotive industry.Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of JLR vehicles to the highest standards.
• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing
• Performing vehicle inspections and identifying any potential issues or safety concerns.
• Carrying out vehicle repairs, including engine, transmission, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Conducting vehicle software updates and ensuring compliance with the latest technical specifications.
• Providing excellent customer service by explaining complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
• Keeping up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
• Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles such as the use of electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems.

Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably with a focus high-end brands like Jaguar and Land Rover.
• Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and electronics.
• Certification or relevant qualification in or a related field.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and computerized systems effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for luxury vehicles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest technological advancements in the automotive industry.
