Job Title: Transport/Export Administrator
Location: Manor Park, Runcorn (WA7 2PY)
Salary: 21k- 23k (DOE)
Shifts: Monday- Friday 09:00- 17:00
Contract Type: 12 month FTC
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor for our client who develops and markets lifesaving medical equipment to help advance emergency care and save lives.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be a key team member in managing overall satisfaction of department filing needs as well as assistance with shipping goods to International Warehouses, Business Partners and End Customers through shipment accuracy, timely action, and sound follow up under the supervision of Logistics Manager.
As a Transport/Export Administrator your duties will be;
” Manage departments filing needs on daily basis.
” Prepare export shipments made through Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, OHL) and Freight Forwarders.
” Understand and follow Hazmat export rules and procedures (mostly lithium).
” Create and manage export documents to ensure timely delivery of international shipments.
” Work environment will be split between both office and warehouse environments.
The successful Transport/Export Administrator will have the following skills;
” Must have 5 + years’ experience in warehouse shipping and Global Logistics experience a plus.
” Excellent Filing methods and procedures.
” Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
” Detailed oriented, strong organizational skills, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work with strict deadlines.
” Ability to multitask.
” Strong follow up skills with a focus on results and quality of work.
” Strong interpersonal skills.
