Role : Train Depot Cleaning Operative

Location : Chester Train Care , CH2 3DJ

Hourly Rate : £9.50 per hour

Shift Pattern: Two days a week on this rota

Week 1 Thursday & Friday 07:00 – 15.00

Week 2 Saturday & Sunday 07:00 – 15.00

Key Responsibilities
To maintain high standards of cleaning throughout the site

To work flexibly to meet client and team needs

To work as part of a team

To work effectively and professionally within policies, procedures and client agreements

To follow site checklists to ensure each site is cleaned to company / client expectations.

To communicate any handover details with the site manager.

Cleaning duties include wiping surfaces, cleaning glass, brushing / mopping floors.
To clean vehicles to comply with our clients standards and ensure that all records are maintained correctly.
Carry out daily sweep and cleans with deep interior cleans occasionally.
To fully understand and comply with all company and statutory relating to hours of work, health & safety, and working practices, abide by all company working policies and procedures.

Person Specification of the Cleaning Operative:
Previous work experience as a cleaning operative

Excellent communication skills.

Organisational and time-management skills.

Honest & Trustworthy.
