Harper Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with an international wholesale business with an impressive brand portfolio.We are looking for a highly proficient administrator to join the Resolution Team based in Nottingham.

What does the role involve:

• Supporting the resolution team with claim investigation
• Keeping the disputes system up to date by uploading all supporting documentation
• Detecting recurring issues and escalating your concerns
• Communicating effectively with the team
• General administration tasks

Who are we looking for?:

• Admin experience
• SAP and Microsoft Excel user
• High level of accuracy
• Able to work independently
