Key responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage team member’s calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents. Handle email correspondence, filter incoming messages, and prioritise requests. Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between team members and other departments or external stakeholders. Ensure effective communication within the team, disseminating information and updates. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Document Management: Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for important documents. Assist in the preparation and submission of expense reports and reimbursement requests. Manage and track office supplies, placing orders when necessary. Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange team meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, catering, and equipment setup. Help prepare presentation materials and assist with audio-visual equipment as required. Data Entry and Reporting: Input and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems. Generate reports and compile data for team members or management.
