Diageo is embarking on an exciting and significant business transformation through our Advanced Supply Planning Programme. This is aimed at driving a radical transformation of our planning processes, systems, and organisation. This is not just a technical deployment of a new technology but a renewal/upscaling program, change management is pivotal to a successful outcome, adoption, and a sustainable future solution. Through this programme we aim to drive global supply planning process and data standardization and simplification.
Purpose of role:
We are seeking a Supply Planning Transformation Process Owner to lead the global supply planning transformation and adoption (People, Process, Systems) through maturity assessment and improvement. You will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of the maturity assessment tool (evaluation criteria and evidence), guide and develop the maturity improvement roadmap for the categories, and lead and facilitate improvement of key maturity assessment metrics.
You will have excellent functional and leadership capabilities to optimally deliver this business transformation programme. They will have a strong grasp of best-in-class processes and business capabilities, creating the bridge between business capabilities today and those required to deliver new supply planning processes, capabilities, and systems.
