Job Description About Us:

Takeda is a global pharmaceutical leader aiming to transform the healthcare industry. We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. If you are dedicated to ensuring a reliable supply of lifesaving medicines to patients and have a knack for managing complex supply chain operations, then you may be the person we’re looking for.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Partner, you will:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on inventory and demand planning, guiding cluster supply chain processes.
• Lead the local S&OP and forecasting process for designated products.
• Regularly coordinate with Supply Planners and Commercial teams to ensure inventory continuity.
• Actively manage tenders and adapt to changes in volume demand.
• Supervise inventory management at 4PL warehouses and chase timely deliveries from plants.
• Prepare and disseminate inventory reports to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Finance department for inventory provisions and audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with all audit requirements and SOPs.
• Collaborate in product launch execution and master data management.
• Monitor and manage credits, returns, and SAP system data.
• Oversee shared Supply Chain mailboxes and resolve customer-related order issues.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and participate in monthly KPI meetings with 4PLs.

Qualifications: Required:

• A-level qualification in relevant subjects such as Business Studies or Maths.
• Significant professional experience.
• Experience in an analytical and focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Desired:

• Degree qualification
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables)
• Exposure to SAP and other business systems
