The role
As a M&A Deals Consultant within our Retail, Consumer and Leisure Practice, you will work with corporate clients and investors, helping them tackle their toughest situations. Your engagements will include a mix of corporate strategy (growth strategy, market entry, pricing, commercial excellence, product strategy) and transaction-related work (commercial due diligence and pre- and post-deal value creation). Your work will be varied, fast paced – no engagement is ever the same.
