We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who requires a Store/Warehouse Operator for one of their Public sector clients based in Crewe (fully onsite)

Summary of the Role and key responsibilities

Ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained in line with safe systems of working and company practice.

Undertake regular stock checks ensuring compliance with audit requirements, in a timely manner

Ensure total adherence to quarantine procedures

Competently ensure appropriate safe storage of materials minimising risks to all employees

Successfully liaise with internal and external departments to ensure requirements are met and on time

Abide by all depot protection procedures in line with company practice

Ensure thorough understanding and abide by all safety notices, rules, and regulations to protect and safeguard personal and company protection

Experience of working in a stores/warehouse environment

Experience of following procedures, processes, rules, and safety regulations

Knowledge of goods inwards and outwards

Knowledge and understand the importance of carrying out stocktakes

IT Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
