Store Manager Designate Salary up to £33,000 + benefits Fashion Retail

Zachary Daniels is currently recruiting a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Store Manager Designate for a well known fashion brand with stores across a set location. As the Store Manager Designate, you will play a pivotal role in creating an extraordinary shopping experience for our valued customers across the stores, while also motivating and empowering our team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• As the Store Manager Designate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our stores across Somerset.
• Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of dedicated individuals to achieve outstanding performance and exceed retail sales targets.
• Your primary focus will be on creating an exceptional environment that not only delights our customers but also fosters a strong sense of community within the local area.
• Collaborating closely with your team, you will actively contribute to the growth of the store by implementing effective sales strategies and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
• Supporting the Store Managers in their individual stores and covering their holidays.

Experience and background:

• Retail experience in either store management or senior management
• Working within a fashion or accessory environment
• Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
• Has a track record of driving sales and performance
• Use of own vehicle and a full UK driving licence.
