Store Manager Homeware & Furniture Retailer London £36,000 and Bonuses, OTE £40,000 Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing Homeware and Furniture retailer as their new Store Manager! As a new Store Manager you will be able to manage, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to new and long-term clients and customers. Our client has amazing showrooms that enable you as a Store Manager to deliver a perfect customer experience. We want someone who has the customer at the heart of everything they do and commit to providing a no pressure, consultative and engaging sales experience. This is a multi-functional role that covers all aspects of managing a store as well as taking responsibility for personal appointments, online orders and despatch of orders to customers. We need a leader who is strong from an operational perspective, is organised, diligent and has a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities as a Store Manager: Have high visual standards across all store areas Lead the team in store to achieve results with CRM Drive performance and sales through a luxury experience and service Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers Have Luxury or premium retail experience in either store management or senior management Responsible for co-ordinating all online orders Operationally responsible for deliveries Managing all aspects of customer feedback and correspondence We are working with a great retailer who are ambitious, continue to thrive and are high successful.
