Stock Controller
Location: Camberley
Salary: 29,000- 31,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
My client who are a leading FMCG food related company are seeking a Stock Controller to join their fast growing team. To apply for this role you will need experience in a similar role and vast knowledge of Stock/Inventory process. You will need excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Daily Duties
Conduct regular audits of inventory to verify the accuracy of records and identify any discrepancies in the ERP/WMS systems, ensuring the two systems reflect the same data are maintained
Coordinate rolling stock takes to keep inventory records up to date
Investigate and address product return enquiries, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution
Oversee stock transfers and adjustments to and from 3PL facilities and Amazon, ensuring seamless logistics operations
Investigate and rectify discrepancies in picking sheets before returning them to Sales support for processing
Manage damaged stock inventory, including proper documentation and disposal procedures
Produce insightful, relevant and timely reports to an appropriate frequency and standard that meet the requirements and enhance the understanding of the Teams both horizontally and vertically
Maintain inventory accuracy on both ERP/WMS system for over 900 SKUs
Investigate & record findings for analysis
Shrinkage monitoring & keep up to date fiscal records
Coordinate perpetual and year end stock take (daily cycle counting) both physical and systemic
Conduct weekly stock checks on our 3PL warehouses
Action stock movements for rework orders
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles and procedures.
An accurate, methodical approach and critical attention for detail
Organization, planning and prioritisation skills
Clear IT, written and verbal capabilities
