We are organising our teams around value, so you will be working on complex projects from customer acquisition all the way through patient pathway and diagnostics to finance and logistics. Key Responsibilities: – Technical leadership: Build on our existing practices and standards and take a lead role in driving our technical architecture with a focus on security, maintainability and scalability. – Leadership and team management : Nurture and coach our talented team and build a culture of continuous improvement. Encourage a safe, innovate and collaborative environment. – Own your teams’ deliverables and deploy software the team are proud of. – Maintain a balance between short term and long term goals whist iteratively releasing software. – Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand how we can add values quickly and iteratively.
