Site Manager required for Industrial warehouse build project

Permanent £50,000 to £55,000 plus car allowance

About The company:

My client is a reputable company, the company does residential and commercial projects and they are looking for an experienced site manager to run the day to day operations of a site(industrial units).

The role: Engineering/civils background if preferable as there will be lots of piling and crane work happening for the first 3-4 months.

H&S awareness and knowledge is essential for the development of the project.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in building Industrial units from start to finish and be aware of the expectations and issues on the build phases.

Tickets needed are SMSTS and CSCS.
