About the role

Shift Manager for Double Days. 6am -2pm & 2pm -10pm . Food Distribution

We are looking for 2 Shift Manager and s to lead the delivery of a smooth and efficient time sensitive, multi-temperature, food whole-sale warehouse operation.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for end to end Distribution routines ensuring correct service levels, productivity and KPI measures are met. Doing the right thing for your teams is a key part of the role that will cover recruitment, retention, resource planning, capability and more. A proactive and preventative Health and Safety culture is a must for this role.

Role Responsibility
