A critical pillar to enabling customers to shop on Amazon Business is the availability of payment solutions that meets their needs. We are seeking a well-rounded Senior Program Manager with strong payments experience to own the go-to-market strategy and drive customer adoption across our portfolio of branded payment solutions, including our flagship product Pay by Invoice. This role will require the candidate to be a self starter and influence multiple teams such as Product, Credit and Marketing, and we expect this person to use this role as a stepping stone to grow into general management positions in Amazon in the future.
The role is based in London.
Key job responsibilities
1) Define the Go-to-Market strategy and roadmap to drive customer adoption of our branded payment solutions, including our flagship product Pay by Invoice and Electronic Fund Transfer solution
2) Work with partner teams such as Product, Credit and Marketing to influence their roadmap and priorities to deliver against the GTM strategy
3) Be the advocate for our customers and use VoC to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive engagement
4) Ownership of key adoption and P&L metrics, inclusive of reporting, driving progress against goals and representing the business in regular business reviews and senior leadership forums

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
– Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience analysing P&Ls and understanding of financial metrics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – MBA
– Experience in relevant Payments field/industry
