Co-designing new OD structures/operating models Providing perspectives to clients and colleagues on OD trends Helping find opportunities to save costs, enhance performance and productivity for clients. Implementing OD plans on people transition, resourcing, and change management requirements Coaching junior colleagues Lead delivery of large-scale programmes Develop long-term client relationships Delivering OD propositions to prospective clients Skills: Extensive experience in large-scale organisational design, ideally in a consulting organisation or as an internal consultant. Proven expertise in enterprise-wide or multi-functional organisational design projects. Management experience leading project teams.
