The Role / Company:Major Players are working with an independent, full-service agency who work with a variety of global clients to create outstanding events and content! They are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Producer to oversee day-to-day production of large scale, live events and content activations across a variety of Global Logistics, Software, IT and Tech clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone thrives off delivering top line communications and looking to join a super dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end Production throughout for both large scale events, globally and locally across expos, experiential, exhibition and trade shows, as well as content Maintain and build client, contractor & external chain supplier relationships Own and manage briefing to build and delivery, ensuring brief, client and operation guidelines are met Create and adhere to project timelines and schedules Attend global and local events to ensure seamless production Ensure scope across external communication is met Confidently manage and approve budgets, resource and record tasks throughout the project management process Sense check and quality assure operations throughout Work closely with the Creative and Strategy lead on briefs and to identify any upselling opportunities across client account Report into the Head of Integrated Production providing production updates Potential line management opportunity: Midweight and Associate Producers Independently manage client and internal meetings

Key Requirements 6+ years’ production experience within an event agency environment Experience having worked acros Tech / Corporate clients Exceptional knowledge and on-site experience across event production Strong attention to detail and entrepreneurial minded Commercially aware, having managed budgets of £500k+ Key experience in managing and building client, supplier and contractor relationships Deadline driven and thrives off of delivering best practise

Salary & Hybrid Working: £50k-£60k per year Based in Southwark, 3:2 Office:WFH (depending on on-site projects)
