A premier global Consultancy is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead a range of groundbreaking projects in the Logistics & Manufacturing sectors, based in Sheffield.

This key role is designed for a professional who excels in navigating complex projects with strategic foresight and dynamic leadership.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The appointed Senior Construction Project Manager will helm the creation of a state-of-the-art 600,000 sqft industrial complex, designed to set new benchmarks in the industry. This critical role encompasses end-to-end project management, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency from start to finish.

The project, notable for its excellent transport connections including a cutting-edge multimodal rail freight terminal, is set to become a key logistic node for both the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of a major industrial complex project, from inception to completion.
• Work in close partnership with senior leadership to ensure projects align with strategic objectives.
• Leverage extensive industry expertise to deliver top-tier projects that pioneer standards in the Logistics & Manufacturing sectors.
• Guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team towards achieving innovation, efficiency, and unparalleled project execution.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Chartered status (or equivalent) is preferred, supported by a robust academic foundation in Construction Project Management or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience at a senior level in project management, with a preference for those with consultancy experience, though backgrounds in Main Contracting are also valued.
• Specific expertise in Logistics & Manufacturing is essential, with experience in rail and distribution projects viewed favourably.
• A proactive, decisive individual who leads by example and is committed to exceptional project delivery.
