Salary: £35,616 – £44,520 (up to £51,240 in London) plus excellent benefits

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to work across the Risk MI space. The role of the Data Exploitation & MI team is to generate MI to support the risk functions and help them understand strategy performance to ensure Customers and TSB are kept safe. You wlll drive continuous improvement of MI delivery. You’ll be developing and migrating existing reporting to automated MI solutions using appropriate tools such as (SAS, Power BI, Teradata) to ensure delivery is both efficient and timely for stakeholders with the appropriate levels of controls.

How you’ll make a difference

• You’ll be a role model for Analysts within the team on approaches, techniques and use of technologies.
• Develop strong working relationships across TSB business teams.
• Become an expert on the common data used by risk in the Data Warehouse and Risk owned data repositories.

What you’ll bring

• Significant proven SAS experience, with Power BI experience also being an advantage.
• Experience of creating insightful and meaningful analytics using SAS from multiple data sources.
• Experience problem solving in the data and MI space, be it optimising existing code, designing new solutions to create efficiency or ‘debugging’ data/coding issues.
• Be interested in the use of different technologies (such as Power BI) to solve data and MI needs
• Experience of working with a large Datawarehouse environment and including large SAS datasets
• Experience gained in Retail Credit Risk an advantage.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills (both oral and written) with the confidence to engage and influence senior management across business and technical stakeholders.
