Your role

The Cyber Security Consultant is responsible for understanding the security posture of third parties and projects against agreed baselines and working with the business to ensure that any areas which fall short of our expectations are remediated or are agreed as being within risk appetite by the service owner.

This role is also responsible for the maintenance of the security artefacts in support of the process (such as security non-functional requirements) although the technical input will usually come from other teams.

About you

You come with good experience of developing technical security designs and solutions. Experience with a broad spectrum of technologies (including cloud variants and integrations). Ability to communicate technical requirements in solutions in business terms and contexts. You will also have advanced knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISF, SABSA, OWASP, etc.
