Acorn Education & Care are recruiting Residential Childcare Workers in the Oxfordshire region.

Role: Residential Childcare Worker

Salary: £27,295.68 per annum

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (42 hours per week, 7 on and 7 off)

Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence required

Our next Residential Childcare Worker will be someone who has:

• Mandatory: A Full UK Driving Licence
• Preferred: QCF Level 3/4 Residential Childcare or willing to work towards
• A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives.
• Patience, resilience, and calmness.

The Opportunity

Weaveley, as one of our registered independent accommodations, offering support for vulnerable young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.

Our accommodations are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team!

Travel allowance of £100 is awarded for a round trip of 40-80 miles. £125 for 81+ miles
