Lukas from Blayze Group is supporting a reputable, sector-leading mixed-use property management company to appoint a Regional Facilities Manager in the Bristol area.
The successful individual will be responsible for a portfolio of retail, commercial, and industrial properties; working closely with contractors, occupiers, and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of facilities services, health & safety compliance, and budgetary management.
Key responsibilities include:
IOSH is required, with NEBOSH being desirable.
A company car is provided, additional to the competitive salary and benefits package, which includes private healthcare and discretionary annual bonus.
After training is completed, 2 days working-from-home per week is offered.
