Job Description

What you will be doing

1. Client Engagement

• Maintain and establish new customer relationships to under their recruitment needs
• Act as the main point of contact between those clients and the candidates represented – managing expectations as you go
• Source and select using various platforms (job boards, social media and personal network)
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate their suitability for the role – assess their experience, qualifications and cultural fit

3. Process Management

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish (everything from job briefing to candidate placement!)
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and guidance throughout

4. CRM Management

• Maintain accurate and updated records using our own bespoke system (containing over 3 million candidates!)
• Create job descriptions and other related documents
