Established in 2018, Pontem Recruitment are fast becoming the recruitment partner of choice for Engineering, Manufacturing & Logistics & Technology companies across the UK. Having moved into our Brand New Office in the Birmingham City Centre and due to increased demand and further development of our existing divisions and customer base, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to help drive our ambitious growth plans into 2023 and beyond!

The role

A Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a clear roadmap to Directorship within 3-5 years is now required to join the business.

You will take responsibility for:

• Development of new business within your market niche
• You will take the lead on permanent/contract division within your niche
• Assist in establishing the company brand within your sector
• Showcasing exemplary leadership by mentoring junior consultants/resourcers
• Working autonomously and helping to create a fantastic working environment
• Creating an all-round positive experience for customers and candidates

What you need

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:

• At least 1 year of experience within the Recruitment Industry
• Track record of success within your current sector
• Fantastic communication & Business Development Skills
• Expert knowledge and passion for your current market
• Full Driving License

Other DESIRABLE skills include:

• Previous Experience within the Engineering/Manufacturing, Transport, Supply Chain & Logistics or Driving/Industrial sectors would be a distinct advantage
• Experience of leading teams would be desirable
