Work with the hiring managers to execute agreed recruiting plans Provide updates on progress/successes to directors and managers as required. Actively promote and market our Employee Referral Programme Manage suppliers list Sourcing of Candidates Create and post job descriptions (internally and externally) Source candidates directly utilising job boards and social media platforms Manage all logistics for arranging and conducting phone screen interviews and face-to-face interviews attending alongside Hiring managers where appropriate. Creating talent pipelines by using innovative talent acquisition channels Improving candidate experience and assisting with positioning Acorn as employer of choice Hiring Process Finalise positions including offer packages and prepare and extend offers Issue offer letters and contracts to successful applicants Take up references and complete background checks Manage the candidate journey from application, interview and on boarding Marketing Market our Brand via social media platforms and company website Issue new starters merchandise Promote vacancies using alternative avenues, ie career fairs, recruitment events etc Develop relationships with local schools/colleges/universities Research and source local FM industry events Person Specification Essential Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Good English, both verbal and written Excellent communications skills Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously Results oriented with a competitive drive for success Experience in a commercial organisation
