We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Protection Advisor to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment where people are rewarded their individual contributions. As one of the largest and fastest growing award-winning financial services businesses, we are looking to add to the team to enable a great service for new enquiries.
The successful Protection Advisor will be joining a high performing sales team with hot leads provided. Alongside your team of experienced Insurance Advisor colleagues, you’ll receive the initial enquiry, that is passed to you from a dedicated customer contact agent, you will conduct a fact find and offer advice to clients – converting the enquiries to policies over the phone.
You may not have sold life insurance before, but experience of sales is essential (preferably in an insurance or financial services-based business). We will however provide rigorous training and support to ensure you have the right product knowledge and a thorough understanding of the market.
We want to ensure the work life balance – that’s why the latest we expect you to work until is 7pm Monday to Thursday & Friday until 2.30pm.
The ideal Advisor will need good time management skills and a consultative approach, whilst providing every client with an exceptional level of customer service and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed appropriately. You will need 12 months experience within Financial Services & at least 12 months in a regulated sales environment.
In return for your efforts, you will receive 30 days holiday per year increasing to 35 days, extended weekend every week & regular company events
