Working across a range of sectors including automotive, media and technology to name a few they work on a truly global basis, delivering projects across the UK, Europe and further afield.Working within their offices, which are commutable from Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Middlesex, you will be given the chance to work within a creative environment, within a friendly, close-knit and sociable team.THE ROLEThis is an exciting role that is all about supporting in project delivery. As a Projects Co-ordinator you will be responsible for providing continuous support to both the Project Management and Technical Production team members.Supporting on multiple projects simultaneously, this is a broad role which includes:

• Supporting in logistics and planning for large scale event projects
• Organising hotels, flights and transfers
• Organising team meetings, including agenda setting, note taking, sharing of action points.
• Requesting and collating feedback from suppliers and internal departments
• Providing office support for team members onsite, duties such as raising POs, following up on requests with Finance, sourcing additional items.
• Working with the wider team and the remote warehouse to arrange smooth of delivery and receiving of goods to and from the warehouse facility.
• Work on creation and sending of commercial invoicing to our world-wide shipping agents

THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will come from an events background and understand the event industry and projects involved. You will have experience in an administrative position, supporting company projects, ideally from within an event focused business.
