Your New Company I’ve partnered with a well-known software house and are looking to hire an experienced Programme Manager on a permanent basis to help continue the partnership between the consultants and their customers. Due to the organisation expanding its customers, the company is looking for an experienced Programme Manager with previous experience in successful delivery and deployment of projects within a programme. The businesses’ purpose is to assist retail and petroleum wholesale businesses’ across the globe to increase profitability and efficiency. This comes in the form of securely connecting their data and operations. An estimated 1,500 customers rely on this business in more than 200,000 locations worldwide, and they also count on their leading knowledge in ERP, logistics, fuel pricing, and market cloud solutions. This role offers the possibility of remote working; however, the Consulting Director would like the candidate to commute to the office site a couple of times a week if feasible. We are looking for a motivated, resilient, and experienced Programme manager who can come in and assist the Programme Delivery and mentor the team during these processes. Key Responsibilities As the Programme Manager, you will work effectively with relevant stakeholders for the efficient programme implementation and will also provide high-touch customer service where you will build strong relationships, ensuring that each customer is satisfied. You will formulate, organise, and monitor all interconnected projects for the business where you will prepare reports for the Programme Directors. The post holder will ensure the development, deadlines and budgets are met across the multiple programmes they will be managing, using disciplined project management methodology during the process to configure increasingly larger and more complex company products to solve customer business needs. You will articulate the programme performance and assume responsibility for the programme’s stakeholders. Also, you will coordinate cross-project activities and mentor the project managers in the business. What you’ll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have a proven track record (ideally within consultancy), as you will have previous experience delivering end customers projects and programmes. We are looking for someone with current experience in Programme Management or an established Senior Project Manager who can demonstrate leading multiple projects within a programme. The post holder will have a track record of deploying multiple work streams concurrently across multiple countries, leading diverse project teams. You will have excellent knowledge of project/programme management techniques, methods, and have a strong background in performance evaluation and change management principles. You will have excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills, and have excellent knowledge of MS Office, working knowledge of programme/project management software (Smart-sheet’s, MS Project etc).
