Our client in Thatcham are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative.

The client is looking for motivation and enthusiasm in the right candidate. They are looking for someone who can become a Multi-skilled operative that can be an asset to the company whilst ensuring they follow health and safety procedures and understand the importance of quality and the customer.

Shift times and days:

Monday – Friday

Shift: You will be working on a shift rotation. 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00

Key duties and responsibilities:

Working as part of a team producing high quality packaging in line with customer order specifications
Contributing to the overall profitability of the site by minimising waste and machine downtime

Skills and experience:

Able to work to exact standards with good attention to detail
Self-motivated but able to work as a team player
Good communication skills
Ability to learn quick and obtain new skills
Strong

Payrate:

£29,817.78 per annum
