Process Improvement Administrator £28000Onsite working with free parking Elevation Recruitment Group excited to be recruiting a Process Improvement Administrator to support the Production and Process team in the leadership and strategic management of the Production and Warehouse team whilst promoting continuous improvement in methods, systems, and procedures.Benefits include: 25 days annual leave with the option to purchase more Private Healthcare Bike to work scheme Bonus 10% employer pension contributionAs a Process Improvement Administrator you will be responsible for: Understand the operational requirements of the Control Of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) Regulations and how they affect the production operation Manage ordering and stocks of PPE, safety equipment and designated work wear Processing invoices for Factory purchases Filing and recording of 5Y’s or other RCA Minute taking for Production review and other meetings Assist with the induction and onboarding of all new starters Monitor daily output and OEE performance Monthly reporting of waste, OEE and 5S Ensure that any safety related incidents or near-misses are reported immediately and that details are accurately recorded Ensure (in conjunction with Process Managers) that shifts and manning levels are in line with requirements Stewardship of CUBO (Competence Management system) Assist with continuous improvement and other project activities related to production efficiency, line performance and process improvement Assist factory improvement through the application of the Agile Excellence continuous improvement programTo be successful for this role you will have: Experience with, and understanding of, Continuous Improvement techniques and Lean Manufacturing principles Willing to work towards IOSH level 2 Managing Safely and beyond (if not already obtained) Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Good standard of IT literacy and a working knowledge of MS Excel and Word Operational experience of SAP whilst not mandatory, is beneficial Be able to demonstrate a high level of safety awareness and a good understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act Highly organised with good analytical skills – able to balance priorities in a fast-moving production environmentIf you think this might be the role for you, please get in touch!
