About Us:

Our Conference and Events department annually hosts a diverse range of events at various venues across Kensington and Chelsea. These include internal, community, commercial conferences, exhibitions, fairs, weddings, and hospitality-driven events.

Position Overview for Porter:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced individual to handle large-scale event space setup and cleaning. The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to maintain high standards, work independently, and possess strong time management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities of Porter:

• Efficiently set up event spaces to specifications.
• Perform thorough pre and post-event cleaning.
• Ensure venues are organized, aesthetically pleasing, and guest-ready.
• Collaborate with event planners and team members.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous event setup and cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management.
• Flexibility for a 7-day workweek with potential overtime.
• Excellent communication skills.
