Multi-Skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer will receieve:

£16.28 – £17.19 per hour

OTE £40K+ (Piece and price work available)

20 days holiday a year + BH’s

Van, Fuel Card & Uniform

Multi-Skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer Role:

We have an opportunity for Multi-Skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer to work in and around the Bristol, Gloucestershire & Bridgewater Area. They will need to be specialist Plumbing & Heating Engineer, covering all aspects of domestic dwelling plumbing, including ASHP installs, cylinder replacements, Boiler replacements, Heating upgrades, Bathroom installs and reactive remedial works.

The right candidate will become a Technical Representative in renewal technologies for MD as part of the MCS certification scheme and further progression roles available.

The ideal candidate will have:

One main trade qualification e.g. NVQ 2, NVQ 3, City & Guilds, in plumbing and heating

Knowledge of Microgeneration certificate scheme (MCS) – Desirable

Gas Safe registered

NVQ Level 3 or in Air source or Ground Source heat pump installs – Desirable

Unvented hot water cylinders, basic electrics, Water regulations would be advantageous

Ability to scope and estimate works (Time and materials) – Desirable

Current Health & Safety Training certificates (including, but not limited to, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling & Risk Assessments)

Unvented hot water cylinders, basic electrics, Water regulations would be advantageous

An understanding and be able to use effectively (after training) equipment and processes which may be reasonably required by the Company

Recent experience working in social housing

Experience and a passion for delivering high quality services to a diverse range of customers
