Are you currently working in a picking and packing role but want the opportunity to progress and learn additional warehousing skills, such as stock-taking, and bench locksmithing? Would you like to do this whilst working for a Market Leader, if the answer is “Yes” Banham are looking for a Picker Packer warehouse assistant to join their warehouse team. Who are we? What can you bring to Banham? Your experience of working within a warehouse environment will prove beneficial and enable you to ensure you have: Great attention to detail, ensuring you are accurate when picking items. Have good organizational skills. Basic maths, English skills, and basic computer skills. The ability to follow instructions and health and safety procedures will ensure that you are working in a safe manner. Confidence and desire to work to a high caliber. An ability to work as part of a team as well as individually as and when required. Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and other warehouse staff. Able to lift and move around stock. An ability to also work independently and under pressure. Experience using handheld scanning equipment would be beneficial but not essential This is a 5 days a week, Monday – Friday role. What will you get in return?
