What’s involved?As a Pastry Chef you would get the chance to work with a team of talented individuals. You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef run the day to day pastry operation of the kitchen, producing quality dishes to the highest standards. You will be confident in accepting & checking the quality of ingredients from agreed suppliers. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
