Personal Assistant- Dual Site Coverage Fixed term contract HB Commercial, a trusted recruitment partner, is proud to represent one of our valued clients in their search for a Personal Assistant for dual site coverage. Our client is a highly respected and fast-paced organisation known for being an employer of choice in their industry. The Personal Assistant will play a vital role in providing dedicated support to the Chief Operations Officer and other executives, ensuring the efficient management of their schedules, communication, and administrative tasks. This unique position will require the PA to work across two sites, offering seamless assistance to maintain smooth operations. Key Responsibilities but not limited to Manage the schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Chief Operations Officer and other executives. Screen and manage emails and phone calls, redirecting and prioritising inquiries as necessary. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Handle personal tasks and errands for the executives as needed, ensuring their professional and personal lives run smoothly. Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Collaborate with the Executive Assistant and other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient support system for the executive team. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and provide proactive assistance to anticipate needs and challenges. The ideal candidate will be Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software (e.g., Outlook). Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus. Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
