Our client is looking to secure a motivated Operations Manager to join the team.

The Role

• As Operations Manager will oversee the company’s production, warehousing, and logistics functions.
• Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing inventory levels, and supervising the work of the production and warehouse teams.

About You

• Experience in managing operations in a manufacturing or logistics setting
• Skills in logistics management, inventory control, and procurement
• Experience in regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams
• Forklift license would be an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO and BRC application would be an advantage
