Overview:We are looking for a person to fulfil the UK Customer Services role as well as take on UK Operational functions. It is important that the successful candidate has an interest in expanding their knowledge and ability in Customer Services, to a complete remit across the 2 critical functions of both UK Customer Services and Operations with the support and training that will be provided by our Operations Dept in Barcelona.
Job specification: Providing and monitoring Stock control and management Liaising with Operations Team on stock and customer requirements Working closely with the 2 UK based Warehouses. Create GRN’s for Warehouse (when / if stock is required to be booked into stock) Co-ordinating launches and promotions with customers Dealing with customer enquiries, responses, and complaints – including POD / credit notes Instigating invoices and credit requests with HQ
Person specification: Excellent PC skills – Excel & Outlook mandatory. Experience of dealing with UK warehouse operations Experience managing SAP Business One would be an advantage. Car Driver Spanish speaker an advantage
