Offshore Operations Engineer

Petroplan are looking to hire a Offshore and Operations Engineer.

This is a permanent staff position and you can work fully remotely from home.

Trips around the UK and abroad may be required.

Experience required:

Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification specifically Hydrographic Surveying or similar

Navigation/Survey Equipment-related: knowledge and experience in USBL systems (in particular Sonardyne Ranger 2); interfacing with DGNSS systems

Competent with GIS packages (ArcGIS/QGIS, etc ), creating survey grids, performing datum transformations

Experienced operator of maritime survey/navigation packages (Gator, SeaPro Nav)
