Nursery Practitioner (Baby Room) – Independent Nursery in East London

Bow, East London (E3)

£21,750-23,000 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications)

If so, Love Care Recruitment are working with an independent nursery organisation who are looking for an experienced and Level 3 qualified practitioner to work in one of their toddler and pre-school rooms in their dedicated venue for toddler and pre-school care provision.

You must share a passion for the childcare industry and the positive impact that nursery provision can have on children, their families, and future generations. Practitioners in this Nursery must be creative, flexible and adaptable, be confident and capable managing and speaking with parents, and care deeply about the safety of all children in their care.

You’ll be reporting into a Room Leader and Nursery Manager, who is passionate about their people and driven to create a strong team culture.

The ideal person will bring:

A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
Passion for working with 2-5-year-olds
Knowledge of the current EYFS and Ofsted requirements
A passion for childcare and child development
An empathetic, caring, and approachable character
