Nursery nurse (childcare)

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive qualified staff (LEVEL 2 OR ABOVE) who are good team players and can also show initiative and the ability to think on your feet in our Cowbridge, Penarth and Barry nurseries.

Successful candidates will have worked with young children in a nursery environment and have the passion to get the very best for the children that they care for hours. Applications are welcomed from candidates holding a CCLD level 2/3 or above.

We have full time positions available for between 40 hours on a shift basis or 4 day week, or part time positions of 11-5.30 5 days a week with additional benefits to reward long service staff and those reaching for positions.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.

St Aubin nurseries is an established group of nurseries with over 30 years of nursery experience offering job security and personal career growth.

Starting Salary is depends on age, experience and qualifications. The opportunity for personal growth through individualized training paths and senior nursery nurse positions are available to all practitioners and this is reflected in the pay offered.

Successful applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS checking.

Performance related pay is available to all staff at all levels so the better you are the more you will be paid.
