Responsibilities .

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive qualified staff (LEVEL 2 OR ABOVE) who are good team players and can also show initiative and the ability to think on your feet in our Canton nurseries.

Responsibilities include

Planning and supporting children’s learning through fun activities at nussery.
ensure that the children are cared for and loved ot the best of your ability.
supporting the care and devlopment of all children.
assessing children’s development and keeping observational records
provide feedback to parents
Undertaking a keyworker role for children in your care.

Requirements .

Successful candidates will have worked with young children in a nursery environment and have the passion to get the very best for the children that they care for hours.

Successful applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS checking.

Qualifications:

CCLD level 2or above (or equivalent)
the ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.

Salary:

Starting Salary is depends on age, experience and qualifications. The opportunity for personal growth through individualized training paths and senior nursery nurse positions are available to all practitioners and this is reflected in the pay offered.
Performance related pay is available to all staff at all levels so the better you are the more you will be paid.

Hours:

We have full time positions available for between 40 hours on a shift basis or 4 day week, or part time positions of 11-5.30 5 days a week
