A new opportunity has risen for multi skilled persons. You will be required to complete reactive maintenance within properties and community areas in and around london. Responsibilties include: •Carry out a range of multi skilled carpentry, plumbing, tiling, wet trades, plubling works, painting, gardening, and others •Carry out repairs and maintenance within social Housing properties, voids, and occupied properties •To achieve and demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications: •Minimum of 2 years proven experience in residential property maintenance •Excellent understanding of Multi-Trader level of electrical, plumbing,heating, painting and decorating , carpentry works, floor installations, etc •Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices •Strong knowledge of of general maintenance processes and methods Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm (with plenty of overtime available)
